Step 01
Location analysis
Checking the feasibility of building on your cadastral parcel through land registers and spatial plans. We establish the possibilities, limitations, and potential of the plot before we begin designing. This service is free.
Step 02
Concept design
A conceptual proposal with basic graphic representation, floor plan organisation, arrangement of external and internal elements, and orientation of the building on the plot.
Step 03
Preliminary design
A developed concept design with a more detailed description of solutions, adapted for submission to the relevant authorities for obtaining approvals and special conditions (including a location permit if required).
Step 04
Main design
A detailed technical solution, prepared in accordance with the previously approved preliminary design, including all required project documentation to be submitted for obtaining a building permit.

Interior design
Preparation of detailed drawings for custom furniture covering dimensions, materials, and technical specifications, enabling the precise production of unique interior elements.
